"Since being diagnosed with gluten and dairy sensitivities earlier this year I thought my cookie eating days were long gone.  The boxed GF/CF cookies are full of chemicals, funny textured, and don't hold a candle to the real thing.  Thankfully, we met The Cookie Cop at the Jefferson Twp. Farmers Market!  His chocolate chip cookie is the most delicious GF/CF cookie I've ever tasted - even my husband who doesn't have food allergies enjoyed it!  In fact, the recipe is so good that my husband ordered 2 dozen to take with us on vacation so that I could enjoy some safe desserts!!  Thank you for creating such a delicious treat."
